First time to visit this unique ice cream place. We were pleasantly surprised of how nice the setup is with having lots of room outside for enjoying the treats. Also, the interior is very clean and the service is great. The ice cream was very good as well (it was just right). Next time we are in town, we will visit the Cottage Creamery.

I was very disappointed! I have 2 kiddos with food allergies and I wanted to take them out for ice cream and being very careful I read all the ingredients to these ice creams making sure my kiddos would be safe..there were 2 kinds my son could have safely! My youngest son was very sick afterwards! I talked to a worker finding out they dont wash the scoops in between ice cream. He apologized and to a point I understood but still thought that was kinda gross. He told me next time to give them the heads up on the allergy and they would wash or use a new scoop. We tried again and yet again my son was sick, this time I warned about the allergy. It was a different worker and she told me it would be better for my son not to eat there because they can't wash scoops when they are busy! I wanted to give my kids the experience of getting ice cream and both times my youngest walked away sick! We won't be back!

Very good ice cream, but even better shakes! Very beautiful and nice establishment. Went here after a filling meal from the Midland Brewing Company. I ordered the cookie dough shake and it was very delicious. Only downside was the straw was a little to small to pick of the cookie dough bites, so I just acquired a spoon. Also, tried some other flavors that family members ordered, they too were also delicious! There is also a nice area outside that is very calming and peaceful hang out spot. They have astro turf, and picnic tables. Very family friendly location! Would definitely recommend.

A wonderful experience. The ice cream was delicious. The peach ice cream has little pieces of peach in the balanced and refreshing ice cream with large pieces of peach slices as a welcomed surprise as well. A wonderful summer treat. The peanut butter cookie dough is definitely for peanut butter lovers and has a mouth watering roasted peanut flavor to the ice cream itself with slivered chocolate chip pieces and cookie dough bites. The ice cream is not too salty and not too sweet. A great balance and the ice cream itself is flavorful and a delight. I have tried some other places and they are only good if you have a lot of mix-ins but this one pays attention to the flavor of the ice cream as well as the mix-ins and it is absolutely appreciated. I will be back and I can't believe it took me this long to try. A peaceful back area with ample seating right next to the rail trail. This place is a treasure.

I love stopping here after a bike ride. It’s so convenient being right off the rail trail. The staff is always very nice and welcoming. Even when there is a line out the door it is always very fast moving and efficient. There is always a great variety of ice cream including soft serve.

Loved the choices of hand dipped ice cream. Had to do 4 stars. Didn't like the person chewing gum with him mouth open over top the tubs of ice cream. Otherwise, great place for a hot afternoon break.
